The International Women’s Club was founded in 1991 to bring together women of
all nationalities who reside either temporarily or permanently in Hamburg. It
promotes social and cultural exchange between women of all nationalities in the
spirit of mutual friendship and understanding though meetings, presentations and
activities under the motto:

“Celebrating Diversity”

In joining the Club and participating in its activities, women can meet other
members from around the world who have had similar experiences in living abroad.

The Club promotes cultural and social exchange between the international and
German communities in order to help newcomers adjust to life here in Germany.

The Club is a non-religious, non-political and non-profit making organisation,
and membership is open to women of all nationalities.

The working language of the club is English.
